All treatments by appointment only.
Cancellation policy:
A 24 hours cancellation notice is required for all Spa
and Facial treatment services. If notification is not
received within the required time frame, we regret to
say, you will be charged a minimal fee of 30% of the total scheduled service.
For no show appointments made with purchased Gift Certificates,or Failed to cancel within 24 hours,the Gift Certificate becomes invalid.
(Gift Certificates are the most secure form of reservation.)
Please note: All Gift Certificates issued by Le Cachet Day Spa valid for one year from the time of purchase. Le Cachet Spa is not responsible for lost Gift Certificates. We record the ID numbers and the service value of the Gift Certificates only, since quite often Gift Certificates are being past on from one person to an other.
Gift Certificates has a cash value, just like a theater tickets anyone who holds the ticket can use it.
Upon making an appointment new clients must secure it with a major credit card (Your card will not be charged unless there is a no show for your scheduled appointment)
All appointments are on a first come, first served basis.
All appointments may be subject to change.
No appointment is guaranteed until it’s confirmed with Le Cachet Front desk.
New clients, please arrive 15 minutes earlier for your appointment, for a consultation and to supply basic information about medical history, allergies and contact information.
Please note: All sales are final, there are no refunds on services, including gift certificates.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or reduced to lower value.
However, (In order to facilitate our clients we will upon request give credits, or service exchange of the same value. )
No returns on products, exchanges may be made on unopened products only.
Times given for treatments are approximate times only, since most of our treatments are custom made.
To all Steam Sauna lovers, please advise us ahead of time of any medical conditions especially heart,pregnancy or allergies.
Please note: The policy of Le Cachet is a standard practice in the Spa industries world wide.
